These days, I am seeing a lot of patients in the clinic that are dehydrated.  They are coming to me with general aches and pains, but after a urinalysis, it's clear that they haven't been drinking enough water.

Most of them are struggling because they are wearing a face mask all day long.  It's a bit more difficult to get all of the water you need in a day with a face mask on.  However, this is an important part of your overall health and well-being.  Staying hydrated will help your body work better.
